Valetly Privacy Notice

This privacy notice explains how Valetly handles personal data for the customer marketplace app and website visitors.

Delete your Valetly Marketplace account: email privacy@valetly.org with the subject Delete my Valetly Marketplace account and include the mobile number used to register. Do not send an OTP or payment card details. You can request deletion without reinstalling or signing in to the app.

We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify that the account is yours. We normally respond within one calendar month, subject to any permitted extension.

We delete or de-identify your account profile, saved vehicles, favourites and communication preferences unless a limited record must be kept for a lawful reason. Booking and payment records may be retained for refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, tax, accounting or other legal obligations; financial records may need to be kept for up to six years. Support correspondence is kept for 24 months after resolution. Stripe and car wash operators control their own copies under their policies.
